- These terms do not limit your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction granting mandatory cancellation or refund rights, those rights apply in full and take precedence over anything in this policy.
- We review any refund request made within 10 days of payment. Where the law gives you a longer or unconditional right to cancel, that right applies instead and we will honour it. Beyond those periods, orders are generally final, because each song is custom-made to your specifications.
- During launch, revisions are free and processed at our discretion based on feasibility. We may offer a re-delivery, partial refund, full refund, or another resolution at our discretion.
- Revisions, add-ons, and upgrades are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or where we determine a refund is appropriate. Rush and priority fees are refundable if we miss the rush window for reasons within our control.
- For Nasheed (voices and duff) songs, if any melodic instrument appears in your song, tell us and we will produce a new version at no cost. If the new version still contains melodic instruments, we will refund you in full.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
